Super User Course (SU)

eGeKo is the most modern case management solution. It is primarily operated via a web browser and is so user-friendly and simple that even occasional users can handle it.

This course is a comprehensive training course on the use of eGeKo as a case administration and meeting management software. You will learn the most important functionalities of eGeKo - in particular how cases, dossiers and pending matters can be efficiently managed in eGeKo, how meetings can be organized, conducted and followed up and how technical processes can be mapped in eGeKo. You will also learn how document and e-mail templates can be created in eGeKo and how they can be supplemented with placeholders.

Course objective

After the course, you will know all the important functions of eGeKo with regard to case administration and meeting management. You will be able to use eGeKo in your daily business and for holding meetings. You will also be able to map processes in eGeKo and use them in business transactions and dossiers. You will also be able to create and maintain document and e-mail templates.
