eGeKo is the most modern case management solution. It is primarily operated via a web browser and is so user-friendly and simple that even occasional users can handle it.
This course provides you with comprehensive training in eGeKo. The first part of the course covers everything you need to know to use eGeKo, including managing cases and dossiers, holding meetings, managing pending matters and all-round training on how eGeKo works. The second part focuses on administrative activities: You will learn how to adapt eGeKo to the wishes and needs of your organization, including managing users, setting up an access authorization concept, creating document, e-mail and meeting templates, and mapping technical processes.
Course objective
After the course you will know all the important functions of eGeKo. You will be able to use eGeKo in your daily case and adapt eGeKo to your own needs.
Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of Windows or Mac and Office programs.
