Meeting organization & taking minutes (SP)

eGeKo is the most modern case management solution. It is primarily operated via a web browser and is so user-friendly and simple that even occasional users can handle it.

This course deals with meetings in eGeKo from the perspective of a meeting organizer and minute taker. It shows how meetings are organized, conducted and followed up in eGeKo. It also shows how meeting types, agenda item types, meeting templates and agenda item templates work in eGeKo. It also covers how document and e-mail templates can be maintained and managed in eGeKo.

Course objective

After the course, you will be able to organize, conduct and post-process meetings. You will also be able to set up new meeting templates for your organization and adapt them to the wishes and needs of your organization.

Prerequisites

Knowledge from the 'End-User Basic Course (EUB)'. Alternatively: Knowledge from the 'Power User Course (PU)' or ' OU Admin Course (OEA)'.
